1. Introduction
Gu ante CM-11 is a kind of polyurethane coal mine material with the function of bonding and strengthening. It is prepared by reaction of component A and component B at 1:1 volume ratio. After component A and component B are injected into the stratum through the grouting device, the product with low viscosity can quickly penetrate micro-cracks, expand and solidify, and generate high strength and high toughness polymer materials, so as to realize the reinforcement of broken coal and rock mass and the sealing of cracks.
After years of underground practice in coal mine, it has been proved that polyurethane materials used in coal and rock consolidation have permeable micro-cracks. Strong cohesive force, fast adhesion of strata and loose coal rock mass; High elasticity, durable adhesion, adapt to the long-term impact of ground pressure, is the best choice of underground coal mine reinforcement materials.
2. Typical applications
♦ Advance reinforcement of roadway roof in loose coal seam;
♦ Roof roof reinforcement of working face coal wall;
♦ Full length anchoring of bolt and cable;

3. Storage, packaging and precautions
1) Component A and component B must be stored in A sealed container in A dry and cool place, away from heat sources and strictly prevent exposure to the sun.
2) Component A 25.5kg/ barrel, 6 months warranty at room temperature.
3) Component B is 24.5kg/ barrel, with a warranty period of 6 months at room temperature
